Being at Star Lake is always a treat and brings back such fun memories, seeing friends for the first time in over a year at a show is definitely a great way to start making memories again. When I got there the parking lot was full of fans rocking out and enjoying each others company before the show which is a sight I haven't seen in a long time due to the current state of the world. It was nice seeing people having fun again.
Starting off the night Staind took the stage and the crowd cheered. Spending the whole set playing crowd favorites and engaging with the crowd showed how excited they were to get back to doing what they love. Korn came on after a quick break to set up and just as expected killed it. Although their singer seemed to be under the weather they didn’t let that stop them from giving the crowd a great show. I spent a few of my teenage years hearing these artists on the radio or whatever playlist I was listening to at the time but to finally hear them live is something else. They have a few shows left on this tour and if I were you I wouldn’t miss it.
