The moment we’ve all been waiting for since we heard “Say Amen” and “Silver Lining” has finally arrived and “Pray For The Wicked” is available in its entirety. “Pray For The Wicked” touches base on so many themes, including but not limited to: religion, hope, fear and sadness. It’s an album for those who are at their lowest looking for that push back to the top. It’s an album that jam packed with not only infectious melodies and heartstring tugging lyrics, but life lessons that point you in the right direction. The album starts out with such high energy, but by the end, it slows down with a ballad called “Dying in LA.” “Dying in LA” is a slow song about a person who goes to LA in an attempt to become famous, but ends up not making it. The sadness of the ballad reminds me of “This Is Gospel.” If you haven’t listened yet, I highly recommend giving this album a chance!
