A night full of white claw, flying pizza and good music, that’s what Rage Fest consisted of! Rage Fest had a stacked line up, Life Right Now, Hawk, Gideon, Veil of Maya, Attila and Crown The Empire have been taring across the U.S. for the past couple weeks and have been killing it. The show opened with Life Right Now, this was my first-time hearing of them, and they did not disappoint. They started the night off right and hyped up the crowd. Hawk performed next, another artist that I haven’t experience before, they too managed to hype the crowd even further and by this point we were started to get a few crowd suffers coming up and over the barricade. Gideon was a band I had a chance to experience last summer while on I was on tour with a local Pittsburgh band that opened for them when our tours crossed. They too have a way of making the crowd go crazy, at this point of the show they venue started to become packed and people were squeezing each other to the front. At one point the singer got close enough to the crowd that there was a sea of people that pushed everyone over. Veil of Maya was next and that’s when things started to get even crazier, hard to believe right? Wrong, this is when the pit opened up and all hell broke loose. Starting to wrap of this night was Attila, this is when the show reached PEAK craziness, non-stop energy that band puts out. Banger after banger they played, they definitely know how to have fun. At one point the show got so crazy that Fronz the lead singer of Attila threw a pizza into the crowd. After their set things started to calm down (slightly) when Crown The Empire came on. They captivated the crowd and sang their hearts out. At one point their singer noted how they’ve been really enjoying White Claw this tour and how he could really go for one at that moment, not to long later a white claw showed up via the crowd along with shots of whisky. Of course what is a better way to wrap up something like Rage Fest by taking shots with fans!
