The first time I ever saw Seroletto was a little over a year ago. It was a house show in this tiny little basement in Muncie Indiana. I didn’t get to capture that show sadly, but it turned out to be one of the most important shows I have ever been to. That show particularly made me realise how important this music is and how important being apart of this scene of music and people was becoming for me. Last Saturday, I got to finally capture Seroletto in what was yet another one of my favorite performances. Frontman, Lonnie Gross has yells that you totally wouldn’t believe came from him. His yells are a whole different feel than having a side stage conversation with him. This entire band is a must watch and meet. Every single member contributes to this band equally which in return, creates a whole different kind of mood when watching them live. Their live performance goes beyond any of their studio material. They are all such raw performers. The last song of their set was a new song that’s in the works. If I were you, I would definitely keep an eye out for it because I can tell you right now, it’s a song that does what this band has done for me from the beginning, hit me right in the feels. After this performance, this band straight out of Owensboro Kentucky, has gone down in my book as one of my favorite local bands to watch and listen to live. Highly recommend spending your money to get a ticket to any of their shows!
