State Champs 'Living Proof'  | Album Review

State Champs has done it again. They released their new album “Living Proof” on June 15 via Pure Noise Records, and it was stellar from start to finish. While the band has definitely toned down the heavier punk sound that was present on albums like “Apparently I’m Nothing” and “The Finer Things”, “Living Proof” is still very much a classic Champs album. There’s a song for every stage of your life on this album whether it’s making up, breaking up, or moving on. You can take what you need when you need it. There are quite a few songs that stand out, but an unexpected favorite is the first track ‘Criminal’. It’s a solid pop-punk song that is extremely addictive. “Living Proof” is easily one of the best pop-punk albums released this year. Do yourself a favor and listen to it.
