The full album ‘Heart Mind Body & Soul’ is an album you could dance to or just listen and enjoy all of the sounds put together. It’s upbeat with very clean vocals combined with the melody of every instrument played. The album is full of catchy tunes, harmonies, slower songs and some backing vocals. There are some rock music vibes throughout ‘Heart Mind Body & Soul’ but overall it has an alternative pop feel to it. The variety of instruments including the keyboard gives the songs a modern sound mixed with lyrics listeners can relate to thus giving the album diversity. You will be able to listen to the album in its entirety on 6th March. You can also catch the New Regime on their current US tour with Silversun Pickups. Review By Sarah Perry.
