How did the band meet?
Harrison was doing a solo project and hiring musicians for shows. Carlo responded to an ad, and they've been great friends ever since. Carlo brought on Nathan and Cuni to the project, and we got in the studio with Allan Hessler. After that it was apparent that we should make a band. Carlo and Nathan were down, while Cuni gracefully bowed out. This allowed us to play with Nathan's brother-in-law Andrew, who went on tour with us to Seattle to play Hempfest.  Brendan, Nathan's brother, came with us on that tour on trombone as well. We had a great time on the road, but Nathan decided to step down from bass to do his own project Sake of Sound, a killer jazz funk fusion band playing in West LA. Since Nathan's departure Andrew has been playing bass with us, as well as another cool local band Trapdoor Social, and we've been having Cuni on guitar. Our roster varies depending on schedules so we can play more shows, but this is the set up we typically have.

What is the bands favorite song to play live?
Completely depends on who you ask on what night. I'd say right now Stepping Out, which is coming out this spring with a huge video we're super proud of, has been feeling pretty tight and natural lately. Sometimes it's nice to let loose the punk side a little more and get after it with Tuck Frump or Adrenaline. Clownin' is always solid too.

New Releases?
Our next release will be the Stepping Out music video, directed by Adam Fynke, starring Jourdan Miller (America's Next Top Model '14), Charley Rossman (Superbad), and Claire Montgomery. It was an awesome project to work on, and we're so excited to release! After that we'll have another single (not sure which one yet) off our upcoming EP Chillenials, which we'll release this Summer before we go on tour to the UK to play Rebellion Fest.

What is one cause that the band is passionate about?
Music, friendship, surfing, art, movies, politics, food. Same stuff as you probably.

Anything you would like our followers to know?
Keep going. It gets better, not easier.
