The video was written, produced and directed by brother, Riker Lynch. New album GIRLFRIEND, is out now via BMG. The first single from GIRLFRIEND, "Heaven Angel," is a punchy track that highlight's the band's signature sound, and makes the perfect insight into The Driver Era's new era. The track received love from the likes of DIY who called the track "funky disco-tinged," The Aquarian described the song as "Subtle, Sultry, & Swoon-worthy," and Paper Magazine said the band leans "into the over-the-top charm of their lyrics" and the track carries "theatrical vocals, playful electro production." "#1 Fan" and "Heaven Angel" follows the extensive work The Driver Era created & released throughout 2020 after their world tour was postponed due to the pandemic.
